The research found that most countries across the world are making little or no progress in ending corruption. Singapore, scored 84, is Asia's least corrupt country, ranked at no. 7. The Corruption Perception Index scores countries on a scale of 0-100, where 0 means that a country is perceived as highly corrupt and 100 means that a country is perceived as very clean. Transparency International has managed to do it by developing a comprehensive list of the world’s most corrupt countries.
